What does the cleaner smell like?
Our signature scent Soft Life is inspired by luxury fine fragrance, specifically the iconic Kayali Wedding Silk Santal profile, bringing an elevated, premium vibe to your cleaning routine.
Think sparkling champagne and juicy nectarine paired with a warm, creamy base of vanilla and sandalwood. It turns a basic chore into an absolute mood.
What are the ingredients?
We believe in complete transparency. Our hard-working formula includes: Water, Plant-Based Surfactants (derived from coconut and glucose to cut through grease), SDA 40B Alcohol (for that fast-drying, streak-free shine), Propylene Glycol & Polysorbate 20 (to perfectly blend our oils), Tetrasodium EDTA, Benzalkonium Chloride (to handle tough grime), Phenoxyethanol, and our premium fragrance oils.
Is it safe and clean?
Without a doubt. Our base is 100% vegan, plant-derived, and biodegradable. Plus, our luxury fragrance blends are completely phthalate-free and cruelty-free. You get a deep, sparkling clean and an amazing scent trail without any of the nasty toxins or harsh chemical drama.
Is the scent overpowering?
Not at all, but it definitely hangs around in the best way possible. It’s engineered to hold a gorgeous fine-fragrance profile, leaving your space smelling like a high-end boutique long after you're done wiping down your counters.
Will you be launching any other scents?
Right now, we are launching exclusively with our signature scent, Soft Life. That said, we definitely plan on dropping special, limited-edition scents in the near future. Keep an eye out so you don't miss the next drop
shipping & orders
How does shipping and delivery work?
Once you place your order, you’ll instantly get an email confirmation with your order number. We hand-collect and carefully package everything ourselves, typically shipping your order out within 48 hours. You’ll get a second email with a tracking number the second it heads out the door.
Can I change my shipping address?
As long as your package hasn’t shipped out yet, we can absolutely fix your address! Just message us right away. Once the post office has it, it’s unfortunately out of our hands, so please double-check your details at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we'll let you know if that changes!
Returns & Replacements
What is your return policy?
Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final. Because these are custom luxury scents, we can't accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or if the bottle has been opened. We want you to love your reset, so make sure you're ready for the upgrade before you order!
